Playvent may provide these services through web applications, SMS, email, artificial intelligence, or other communication channels.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Use Playvent only for lawful purposes.
• Communicate only with people you have permission or a legitimate reason to contact.
• Respect recipient privacy and applicable laws.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

You may not use Playvent to send spam, harassment, fraudulent communications, or unlawful content.

4. Communications

Playvent helps organizations communicate with participants using multiple channels, including text messages and email.

SMS Consent

You may receive text messages when:

• you begin a conversation with Playvent;
• you provide your phone number through Playvent;
• you register for or participate in an activity using Playvent;
• an organization using Playvent communicates with you regarding an activity, registration, reminder, update, or operational matter.

Where required, Playvent or the organization using Playvent will obtain your consent before sending recurring SMS messages.

Message Types

Messages may include:

• registrations
• invitations
• reminders
• forms
• confirmations
• updates
• operational notifications
• organizer communications
• AI-assisted conversational responses

Message frequency varies based on your activity.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Some Playvent features use artificial intelligence to assist with conversations, collect information, answer questions, summarize information, and automate operational tasks.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate.

Organizations remain responsible for reviewing important communications and operational decisions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Playvent.

You grant Playvent a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any information you provide.

7. Privacy

Your use of Playvent is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

Playvent may rely on third-party providers for services such as messaging, email delivery, hosting, artificial intelligence, payment processing, analytics, and mapping.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Playvent, the Playvent name, logos, and associated software are owned by Playvent, LLC.

Forms by Text™ is a trademark of Playvent.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Playvent except as expressly permitted.

11. Disclaimers

Playvent is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playvent disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playvent and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playvent from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
